These creamy, savory, delicious bites are pure joy and the pinnacle of finger foods. Make them for any gathering – or keep them to yourself, no one will blame you. This recipe makes six to eight meatballs, but can easily be doubled or tripled.

Ingredients

  • Meatballs

    • 1 lb. American Wagyu Ground Beef Buy Now +
    • 3/4 cup Sour Cream
    • 3/4 packet Dry Lipton Onion Soup
    • 1 egg
    • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
    • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (finely grated)
    • 1 cup Italian style bread crumbs

Meatballs

  • Mix all ingredients together until well blended by hand. For safety, we always recommend you use gloves.

  • Form into 1.5-inch meatballs and bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Alternatively, you can smoke them at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
