Form the American Wagyu ground beef patties into 8 oz. patties by hand. Season liberally with salt and pepper.15 Minutes
Heat grill to about 400 degrees and place the burger patties directly on the grates – or use a grill-grill safe skillet as we have done in the photos shown here.210 minutes
After 10-12 minutes, flip the burgers. Add your sliced pineapple and red onions to the grill. After another 10 minutes, place cheese on burgers.320-25 minutes
